In 1977 a certain sci-fi film rocked the world and changed both cinema and schoolyards forever. Especially for a 10-year-old ‘Kid’ facing the trials of moving to a new town. When his obsession with ‘Star Wars’ lands him in detention, it surprisingly scores him a new best friend. As the boys navigate epic adventures, the story takes on new meaning as they encounter girls and confront the intergalactic evil of growing older.
A coming-of-age tale about imagination, friendship, and getting by with a little help from The Force.

“Luck is like irony. Not everybody who thinks they got it, got it.”
Is luck a matter of science or belief? A man successfully bets double-or-nothing on the Super Bowl coin toss 20 years in a row while a professor races the clock to cure the disease causing her own progressive blindness. Two fascinating stories intertwine like DNA to examine the interplay between science and faith, probability and luck. Belief systems clash, ideas mutate, and systems springs from chaos.
With razor sharp wit, ‘Sequence’ asks: in our lives, our universe, and even in our stories, does order matter?
