In the back room of an Oxford pub, legendary authors J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis meet for what turns out to be the last time. After a season of estrangement, the literary giants reconnect and debate themes that connect their work: faith, myth, sacrifice, and the power of story. But underneath the intelligence and humour is a strained conversation that navigates their uncommon friendship and unresolved disagreements. A meditation on friendship, loss and reconciliation.

Delving into the tremendous legacy of songs and stories surrounding the holiday, this playing and moving journey morphs into a medley of contemplative comedy that unpacks the true meaning of Christmas. Dismantle the cynicism of the season with a thoughtful movement through two millennia (and counting) of remembering and reaching for the light.

Inspired by real life events, a young girl is born into a complex and secretive world: a polygamous and fundamentalist church community. Gracie’s days are full of faith and family but as a teenager, she faces the increasing pressure of religious tradition. Can you confront the uncomfortable reality of what their beliefs require her to sacrifice for the benefit of others? A gripping and tender story of growing up and braving the crossing between the familiar and the unknown.

With creative bravado, Jack Vail propels two women from Providence Rhode Island to the imaginative landscapes of New Orleans, Panama, and the Amazon. As they encounter explorers, international playboys, and all manner of tropical wildlife, they dig deeper into the mystery behind a disappearance, with life altering consequences.
